crankier Antigravitation in Biology 2003 Dec 15
     ... antigravity . biology ...
"Viktor S. Grebennikov is the scientist - naturalist, professional entomologist, gifted painter and, on the whole, comprehensively well-educated specialist with a wide spectrum of interests. For many people and scientists in Russia he is well-known as discoverer of cavity structural effect (CSE). But is far from being all are acquainted with his other opening, also borrowed from among concealed secrets of alive Nature. In 1988 he found out antigravitational effects of chitinous covers some insects species. But the most astonishing attendant phenomenon associated with antigravity was a phenomenon overall either partial invisibility or deformed visual perception of the material object which was located in a zone of compensated gravitation. Based on this opening and by using bionics principles, the author designed and builded antigravitational platform, and also, practically, developed principles manned flight with the speed up to 25 km/min. Since 1991-92 years the device was used by the author as a means of fast movement. ... In 1988 V.S. Grebennikov discovered bilogical antigravitation that is based of effect of cavity structures, in other words, it is De Broighl' waves resonances produced by volumetrical resonators of some biological objects."

     ... biology . gravitation . electromagnetism . cosmology . astronomy ...
"The plant division of Wagner Research Laboratory (WRL) has demonstrated unique answers for the following questions: 1. How does sap flow up the tallest of trees? 2. How does a plant respond to gravity? 3. What implements the microscopic and macroscopic structure of plants? 4. Why did life develop on earth in spite of the second law of thermodynamics? 5. How do plants communicate with each other and other life? 6. How do plants interact with electric fields? ... The cosmology division we have found some interesting answers to the following: 1. How did the solar system form and why does it stay together when chaos theory says it should have disintegrated long ago? 2. What causes the sunspot cycle and the regular reversals of the sun's magnetic field? 3. Why do planetary rings form and stay in place indefinitely? 4. Why did the universe become lumpy and galaxies form?"

"Welcome to CLONAID[tm] - the first human cloning company! CLONAID[tm] was founded in February 1997, by Rael, the leader of the Raelian Movement, an international religious organization, which claims that a human extraterrestrial race, called the Elohim, used DNA and genetic engineering, to scientifically create all life on Earth. The name, Elohim, is found in the Hebrew Bible and was mistranslated into the word 'God'. The Raelian Movement also claims that Jesus was resurrected using an advanced cloning technique performed by the Elohim."

cranky The Origin of the Primates Y Chromosomes 2002 Jan 21
     ... evolution . biology ...
"In this article a new analytical method is proposed to classify apes and monkeys according their genetic distances from humans; most particularly the distances in mitrochondrial DNA (mtDNA) . The highly diversified monkey Y-chromosomes play a dominant role in this new method. Mitochondrial DNA is uniparentally inherited as we all know and is passed on from mother to son and daughter. As we shall see, also the mitrochondrial paternal inheritance plays a surprising role with monkeys and is passed on to every new generation by means of the male sperm cell."

crankiest Is Native DNA a Helix? 2001 Oct 05
     ... religion . biology ...
"Note ... a working knowledge of circular DNA topology is assumed in this synopsis. If you don't have that, you'll have to read the entire Web Site to get the necessary background information. When circular DNA was discovered by John Cairns, it was appreciated that there was a replication problem, due to topological linkage of the strands. At that time, a topologically non-linked (TN) model for DNA should have at least been considered. It wasn't. Instead, Cairns proposed a 'swivel' to unwind the hypothetical twists in circular DNA. At the time he made his proposal, there was hardly a shred of evidence for it. He made it because of his apparent inability or unwillingness to seriously entertain structures other than the Watson-Crick all-right-handed helix. Cairn's reluctance was shared by molecular biologists in general. Consideration of TN DNA was prevented by a pervasive and exaggerated reverence for the double helix, aided and abetted by a largely irrational desire to force all DNA structures to conform to the right-handed helical structure of the artificial crystals created by Wilkins and his coworkers for x-ray crystallography studies. The fact that DNA in cells is not crystalline, and that it therefore might have a different structure, seems to have escaped most scientists."

crankiest Lunar Life Forms 2001 Aug 11
     ... extraterrestrials . biology . Apollo program ...
"Conclusions: 1. Life forms exist on the surface of the moon. 2. Lunar-surface life forms can grow into large forms and shapes. Some shapes assume cylindrical, linear and curved profiles. Others are complicated and entangled. 3. Lunar-surface life forms have the capability of attaching to equipment with a potential ability to cause equipment malfunction. 4. Lunar-surface life forms can change size and shape, and can do so quickly. 5. Pressure of the MET wheels on the surface appears to arouse lunar life forms to a state of luminescence. 6. Some 'rocks' which in macro view appear to be like earth-like rocks really are not but rather, are a build-up of an accumulation of growing life forms. 7. Apollo 14 did land on the moon."

"... is a private, non-profit group of physicians, researchers, journalists and concerned citizens. Our primary focus is to address the world's most pervasive and subtle drug problem -- prescription drugs. We are dedicated to educating the people of the world regarding the potential harmful and life threatening short and long term effects of these drugs. As the cause of an estimated 200 000 deaths per year in America, drug reactions are now the third leading cause of death!"

"An analysis of a unique skull of uncertain origin ... Stepping out of his role as unbiased researcher, Lloyd Pye offers a brief personal essay on the true meaning of the Starchild DNA test results. He considers this necessary to counter the growing impression that those results indicate the Starchild is nothing but a grossly deformed human skull. Nothing could be further from the truth, as you will see."
